Aims & Scope

Oblìk ì fìnansi (e-ISSN 2518-1181) is a peer-reviewed open-access indexed academic e-journal that was founded in 2004 (previous title Oblìk ì fìnansi APK, p-ISSN 2305-6673). Until 2025, the Journal operated as a print media (p-ISSN 2307-9878).

The Journal follows two fundamental tenets: to publish researches that significantly contribute to the advancement of modern knowledge & to disseminate the articles freely for research, teaching, and reference purposes.

The Journal's primary aim is to provide a scientific basis for scholars and researchers by publishing peer-reviewed studies that explore critical issues in accounting, finance, and related fields. The Journal welcomes and acknowledges high-quality theoretical and empirical original research articles, case studies, review articles from researchers, academicians, and practitioners worldwide.

Subject areas include the following fields:

The Journal is published quarterly (four times a year) in March, June, September, and December (on the 30th of the month).

Since 2012, the Oblìk ì fìnansi has been published and distributed by the Institute of Accounting and Finance (located in Kyiv, Ukraine).

The Institute of Accounting and Finance (IAF) is included in the Research Organization Registry (ROR).

IAF's mission is to foster open scientific exchange in all forms across all economic disciplines. So, the Oblìk ì fìnansi published by IAF is fully open access: research articles, reviews, or any other content in this journal is available to everyone free of charge. To provide an open-access journal, IAF finances publication through article processing charges (APC).

IAF takes responsibility for enforcing rigorous peer review in accordance with ethical policies and international publication standards for editors and authors to ensure the addition of high-quality scientific works to the field of scholarly publication.

All manuscripts submitted by authors undergo double-blind review, after which the Scientific Council of the Institute of Accounting and Finance recommends them for publication.

According to the Google Scholar database's h-index, Oblìk ì fìnansi is among the twenty most cited scientific Ukrainian journals.

Oblìk ì fìnansi is licensed as a specialized academic journal (in Economic Sciences; Category B) (decree of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 409, dated 17.03.2020 & No. 1346, dated 10.10.2025).

Public activities and awards

Since 2004 the Journal has been actively taking part in international scientific and practical conferences. With the support of Oblìk ì fìnansi, the thirteen conferences have been held.

In 2005 and 2006, Oblìk ì fìnansi was awarded a Diploma for active participation in the "AGRO" International Agro-Industrial Exhibition.

In 2006, Oblìk ì fìnansi was recognized as the leading professional journal of finance and accounting for the branches of agro-industrial production. The Journal's Editorial Staff has been awarded a Diploma of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine.

In 2013, for outstanding achievements in the methodical and information support of enterprises' financial and accounting services, the Journal's Editorial Staff was awarded a Diploma of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

In 2023, on the occasion of the hundredth-anniversary issue, the Journal's Editorial Staff was awarded an honorary certificate of the Presidium of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine.
